Applies To: All approved wholesale dealers of DeerDoc® Products
By applying to become a DeerDoc Authorized Dealer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Dealer Authorization
Authorized Dealers may advertise, stock, and sell DeerDoc® products in-store or online (if approved). Authorization is granted upon application approval and may be revoked at any time at DeerDoc’s discretion.
2. Product Representation
- Dealers must accurately represent product use, benefits, and instructions as outlined in official product sheets and literature.
- Misleading claims or modification of health benefit language is strictly prohibited.
3. Order Minimums
- Initial minimum order quantity (MOQ): $500.00

Reorder minimum: No minimum,
but orders under $250 may incur a $25 small-order fee.
Exceptions may be made for seasonal or promotional campaigns.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon order unless alternate terms (e.g., Net 15/30) are approved in writing. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or company check.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of payment.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
- Dealer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt. Damages or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged in transit. Authorized returns must be approved in advance. Refunds or credits are issued upon inspection.
7. Use of Brand Assets
Dealers may use DeerDoc® logos, images, and marketing materials for promotion, but may not alter them without prior approval. Misuse or unauthorized branding may result in termination of the dealer relationship.
8. Online Sales Restrictions
Online sales are permitted only with prior written approval. Selling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by DeerDoc®.
9. Exclusive Territory
- Approved dealers are granted exclusive rights to sell DeerDoc® products within a defined geographic area (city, county, or ZIP range).
- DeerDoc® will not knowingly approve competing dealers or direct sales within an active dealer’s assigned territory.
- Dealers must not distribute or resell product outside of their assigned region without written approval.
10. Termination
Dealer status may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause. Upon termination, Dealer agrees to cease use of DeerDoc® branding and remove all promotional materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
DeerDoc’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We are not responsible for loss of business, profits, or other indirect damages.
12. Agreement
By signing or submitting the Dealer Application, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
